Tim is excited to be part of The Muehlhausen Group. He has spent 30 years as a senior level radio executive specializing in building winning station brands for iheart Radio, CBS Radio and Entercom Communications. He consistently led great talent to ratings and revenue success and coached and developed brands like KMLE 107.9, 94.5 KOOL FM, LIVE 101.5, 104.7 KISS FM, The Morning Mess and Johnjay and Rich and more.


He is a huge asset to our team given his wealth of real-world corporate strategy, fierce negotiating skills and is eager to use his proven track record for success on your real estate goals.


Tim is a Chicago native and received his BA in Communications from Columbia College, Chicago where he graduated with honors at the age of 20. During his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, hiking and serves on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Boys and Girls Club. According to his wife Beth, he makes one of the “best lattes ever”, but she might be partial.
